When Edward Robison graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute, he and his wife moved to Colorado in search of "exciting" places to photograph. It was less than a year before Edward realized that he found more personal fulfillment documenting the landscape between the mountains and his family home in Missouri. On each trip across the State, he created more photographs and fell more in love with the simplicity of the Kansas landscape.

Through his work, Edward wishes to inspire a connection to the "spirit" of the land. By conveying the inherent energies in the natural landscape and the unity of all things, Edward hopes that his photographs will renew the natural connection between earth and man.
